The four-channel video installation Lost in Translation shows four musicians improvising together. Each plays in a separate, soundproof booth. Through headphones, they receive audio information from only one other booth, meaning that no two partners can hear each other. When one musician changes something in the improvisation, the other musicians gradually respond to this change.
